Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery

For orders totaling $150–$500 (before delivery fees and excluding services such as setup), the standard delivery fee is $120 within 15 miles of ZIP code 27040.

This fee includes:

Delivery the day before your event (between 8:30 AM–6:00 PM)

Pickup the day after your event (between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Important:

The time shown on your reservation is not the actual delivery or pickup time. It is a default system setting used to prevent overbooking.

We will contact you one day prior to delivery with a 3-hour delivery window.

Order Minimums & Custom Quotes

The minimum order for delivery is $150 (not including the $120 delivery/pickup fee).

Your order is over $500

Delivery is to downtown, a venue, a commercial building, or

You require same-day delivery or pickup

Road & Access Requirements

We only drive on paved asphalt, concrete, or gravel roads.

We do not drive on dirt or grass roads.

Deliveries are made to:

Your driveway
-
Garage
-
Commercial entrance
-
Or within 15 feet of reasonable parking

We do not deliver up stairs, through elevators, or long distances.

Pickup Requirements

After-hours pickups are available for an additional fee.

Delivery or pickup at a scheduled/guaranteed time may incur additional fees (contact us for availability before booking).

Delivery does not include setup.

You do not need to be on site for pickup as long as we have access to:

All rental items

Please ensure all items are clean (linens excluded) and stacked where they were dropped off to avoid additional fees.
Parking Requirements

We typically bring a 24-foot trailer, so ample parking space is required.

We may be unable to complete the delivery if road or parking conditions are not acceptable
